[TPG | Hero Image] When Iâm out and about, [I use just two cards]( the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and the American Express® Gold Card. The points and miles I've earned have taken me around the world. Even though these cards have a $395 and $250 annual fee (see [rates and fees]( respectively, I think itâs well worth it. The [Capital One Venture X]( card offers up to $300 in annual statement credits for bookings made through Capital One Travel, an anniversary bonus of 10,000 bonus miles, and complimentary access to Priority Pass and [Capital One lounges](. You can also add up to [four authorized users]( who receive the same lounge access perks at no charge. Other notable benefits include [cellphone]( and travel protections and up to a [$100 Global Entry or TSA PreCheck fee]( credit every four years. The [American Express Gold Card]( offers an annual [dining statement credit]( of up to $120, allowing you to earn up to $10 in monthly credits when dining at participating partners like Grubhub. Additionally, you can earn up to $120 in annual [Uber Cash]( receiving up to $10 in Uber Cash per month for Uber Eats and Uber rides in the U.S. By valuing these benefits at $240, the card's annual fee effectively becomes $10 when considering the credits received. Enrollment is required for these benefits. Both cards have valuable transfer partners, including Air France-KLM Flying Blue, Avianca LifeMiles and British Airways Executive Club.
