Also: United adds 3 new routes to Asia July 19, 2023 [THE POINTS GUY]( [View in browser]( [TPG Daily NEWSLETTER]( [THE POINTS GUY]( Free for all by Tarah Chieffi, Travel News Reporter [TPG | Hero Image] Who doesn’t love getting something for free? A new car wash recently opened near my house, and it offered a month of unlimited washes for just 99 cents. I signed up less than a week ago and I’ve already washed my car three times. OK, maybe 99 cents isn’t quite free, but it’s pretty darn close. Luckily, there are ways to check your bags for free — 26 ways, to be exact. TPG just shared a guide to the [26 credit cards that feature free checked baggage]( as a benefit of card membership. Checked bag fees start at around $30 one-way for the first bag on most major airlines. Over the course of a year, you can potentially save hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle trying to get your [overstuffed carry-on]( zipped. After you’ve chosen which of these [cards that feature free checked baggage]( best fits your wallet, the only decision you’re left with is choosing which of these checked bags and travel accessories will fit in your closet: - [These are the checked bags carried by TPG's staff]( - [Keep calm and carry on: The best carry-on luggage for every kind of trip]( - [9 great suitcases worth the checked bag fee]( - [13 must-have items the TPG team can't travel without]( Have a great day, Tarah Posts in this newsletter contains references to products from one or more of our advertisers.
