Most onboard meals were put on pause throughout the pandemic. But now, we're seeing many of the airlines bring back pre-pandemic service — and even offer some innovative additions. [Delta Air Lines will add five new vegetarian and plant-based meals]( on select flights 900 miles and longer, including fan-favorite brands like Impossible Foods, Black Sheep Foods and more. Delta will also resume [three-course meals in business class]( bringing back its signature dessert service. In February, [American Airlines brought back hot meals]( for domestic first-class passengers on flights longer than 1,500 miles, while [United Airlines rolled out kosher and other specialized meals]( at the end of last year.
