WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TODAY

AMEX PRIORITY PASS
Access to [Priority Pass lounges]( is one of the most popular [premium credit card]( perks, enabling entry to more than 1,200 airport locations around the globe.
Recently, Priority Pass has made the program even more appealing by adding airport restaurants to its network, where members [get a fixed credit]( toward food and drinks at various eateries. As of August 1, 2019, the number of eligible cards will drop considerably, though — American Express has confirmed that its own premium cards [will no longer be eligible]( for that expanded perk.
Fortunately, as of now there are a handful of credit cards that do still offer restaurant access, including:
- [Chase Sapphire Reserve](
- [The Citi Prestige Card](
- [U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve](
If you're affected by this change and have a non-Amex premium card, don't forget to [register for a free Priority Pass card]( linked to an eligible account. And let's hope Chase, Citi and U.S. Bank don't follow suit.
