As we mentioned last week, the market had felt over-stretched to the upside after the strong bounce off of the August 5th lows. We saw a little pause last week, as the markets didn't climb as strongly, but they still notched gains for the week. Thursday the bears controlled the price action just to bounce again on Friday... mainly in thanks to Powell's speech that confirmed interest rate cuts are coming. We have cleared many key levels (moving averages, resistance levels) these last three weeks that makes us feel more and more bullish. Wednesday after the close NVDA will announce earnings. As they have been the main driver of the AI craze this year, it will no doubt have a major impact on the week. We continue to build positions as we've seen more bullish signals unfold.
