If you’re like me, I am always looking for new opportunities… A large chunk of my portfolio is in "Money Presses". I also hold what I call many "Jeepers LEAPers" which are multi-year call options. I like having a balance of cash-flow creating positions as well as long term investments in solid companies. As you know, simplifying the world of options trading is at the core of what I do. Today, I am excited to tell you about something new and fresh that many of our students have been asking about for some time. Quick story: [image]( A little while back, “Right-hand Mike” and I traveled to New York City to participate in the MarketWatch event. Many big name speakers were there…from Ray Dalio, Carl Icahn, and others that understand the markets better than just about anyone. The speaker that caught my attention the most was Michael Saylor, who shared how he’s convinced Bitcoin will pass the market cap of gold… (Saylor owns over half a billion in Bitcoin personally!). I realized then and there that crypto isn’t going away…. Ever! Even though I felt a bit jealous that I don’t have a treasure chest of Bitcoin like Michael’s, I did feel proud that I have been buying off and on for a couple years now. I‘m no crypto expert, but I do recognize a good opportunity when I see one. Even though I am not plugged in every day it is still something I participate in as a "side" investing strategy. Here’s the good part: For some time now, we’ve had many students ask us if we have any basic crypto education…to which we have said simply “no, we don’t offer that”. Until recently… Kyle has been part of the “Crew” for nearly 10 years now, and focuses on the technical pieces of our business. He has been trading and investing in crypto since 2017. Mike and I were able to mentor him on Options trading…and he took it up and ran with it. Kyle is one of those brainiacs that just GETS IT! He soaked up the info we taught him and immediately dove into trading! In return, he has been able to teach me (as well as others in the Land Office) about safely and responsibly investing in crypto. “Right-hand Mike” has even lovingly dubbed him “Krypto Kyle”! So, about a year ago, sitting in a meeting with Kyle and some of The Crew, I threw a task at Kyle… [image]( I asked him to come up with some material that would take a student from little to no knowledge of crypto, to being able to safely and confidently invest. He came through and put together a simple 3-Day Crypto Challenge to get folks like us, who weren't brought up in that world, up to speed! With the crypto bull run right around the corner, this might be the perfect time to hunker down and get started! [CHECK IT OUT HERE]() As always….
