Ingredients - 1 cup hot water - 1 tablespoon coarse salt (Sea salt or Epsom salts work great.) - 1 teaspoon aloe gel or water-based hair gel - 1/2 teaspoon conditioner (optional, to soften thick, dry hair) - a few drops of your favorite essential oil or a spritz of perfume to scent (optional) Directions This is an easy one!
