In a clear instance of judicial activism, the court ruled that the Volunteer State may not receive crucial healthcare funding unless it complies with radical pro-abortion regulations imposed by the Biden Administration. At issue here is the so-called "Title X" fund, established in 1970 to support vital healthcare programs for vulnerable populations – specifically low-income women, predominantly minorities. Since then, Tennessee has received approximately $7.1 million yearly to operate these indispensable initiatives. Now, however, Washington bureaucrats seek to strong-arm Tennessee into betraying its commitment to protecting human dignity and upholding its legislation banning most forms of abortion.
