October 10, 2024 | [Read Online]( Free Deep Currents Trading Show Starts at 1 PM ET I’ll be showing everyone how to trade THREE new market-shaking signals for a crack at 3X the returns potential of the S&P 500. [Show starts in 30 minutes - get your spot now.]( [Â]( Hey, folks - Blake here with a special pre-show retirement stocks watchlist. It’s an interesting time, and not just because I’m about to go live… Markets continue to price in fewer rate cuts in the future and that’s having an impact on real estate. Zillow (Z) has dropped 13% in three weeks and I think it’s good for another 13% drop over the next two weeks. Implied volatility on Z options is at the 50% mark. I think selling call verticals or simply taking a bearish directional trade - short the stock or through a long put - with a price target of $50 over three or four weeks is pretty compelling. The volume on the breakout of the broad indexes seems to be lacking, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t stocks breaking out on volume. I’ve been watching for bullish trades on basic materials stocks, like Corning (GLW). The stock broke out with nearly five times average volume, confirming an ascending triangle pattern. The target is a 20% upward move to $54. And good ol’ Pfizer (PFE) is showing additional strength, days after news broke of that Starboard Value, a noted activist investor firm, took a $1 billion stake there. From a technical view, we broke resistance with 150% of average volume. I’ve got a clear target of $32 a share, or a 7% gain over the next two weeks - that should be well ahead of any earnings. [These are the stocks to look out for - I’ll have some more for everyone at my presentation in, oh, just about 30 minutes. Hope to see you there!]( Blake [fb]( [tw]( [ig]( Disclaimer: Neither TheoTrade or any of its officers, directors, employees, other personnel, representatives, agents or independent contractors is, in such capacities, a licensed financial adviser, registered investment adviser, registered broker-dealer or FINRA|SIPC|NFA-member firm.
