September 11, 2024 | [Read Online]( Check Out This Week’s Retirement Stock Watchlist Blake Young here, on my way out to Scottsdale, Arizona for our live Unlimited Trading Horizons event. It kicks off tomorrow, and [we’ve got some virtual access for folks who want to attend but can’t actually attend - you can read about that here.]( For now, I wanted to get my weekly watchlist out to you - there’s a lot going on in the market right now, but I think these could be dynamite opportunities. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, but I’m shorting more banks, In my paid services, we’ve had success with XLF, Citi (C), and MorganStanley (MS) but right now I am going with Bank of America Corp (BAC). This is a new lower high and a signal from my Bollinger band breakout method. I expect BAC to hit $36 pretty easily but a close below $36 could lead to a 15% to 20% drop in the big bank, where I will be targeting a move to $30 before the end of October CVS Health (CVS) and Walgreens (WBA) have suffered enough… maybe… but CVS has broken through support on a gap down and a close lower. I expect another drop of $5, or 10%, and a move to a new 52-week low. The bearish pressure is building in most sectors and the health care service area doesn't look like it is feeling all too well. And to diversify the day, let’s take a look at Walt Disney (DIS). Price had stabilized over the past week after experiencing a long-term downtrend. Price appears to have cleared the short-term lows and is looking for a Bollilnger band breakout strategy move to, and then through, the six-month low and retest the annual low of $78. That would provide for a $9 move, just over 11%. [That’s it for now - short and sweet. My bags are packed and my flight’s booked to Scottsdale. If you’re attending in person, I’ll see you there. Otherwise, do check out the possibilities of virtual attendence](.
