I've covered a lot of these features recently: Ways to better organize windows on a single display with Snap, and how to use multiple virtual desktops you can swap between on a single monitor. But Windows also supports multiple monitors, and they're an incredibly powerful tool. Multiple monitors should "just work" as you'd expect them to, but there's a must-know keyboard shortcut that will boost your productivity when working with multiple screens at once. If you ever use a PC with more than one display, you need to know this shortcut. ⌚ This entire email will take you two minutes to read. Remember: If you'd rather not receive these Monday tip roundups, [you can easily opt out of them](=) without affecting the rest of your subscription. ✅ [Got it — don't show this again](=) #top This week's reader suggestion ⌨️ Last week, I covered the magic of using virtual desktops to better organize your windows. (Press Windows+Tab to find them.) But you may already have more than one desktop in front of you already thanks to the power of multiple monitors. This tip comes to us from Windows Intelligence reader C. K., who says it's a keyboard shortcut he uses often. 💻 This shortcut works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. ➜ If you have multiple monitors, you don't have to click and drag windows between your monitors the hard way. Instead, just press Windows+Shift+Right Arrow and Windows+Shift+Left Arrow to move a window to the monitor on the right or the monitor in the left. These shortcuts will move the currently focused window, so be sure to click inside the window you want to move first — or click its title bar. Don't have multiple monitors? I recommend giving those virtual desktops a try — click the Task View icon near your Start button or press Windows+Tab to find it, then look at the top of your screen (on Windows 10) or on the bottom of your screen (on Windows 11) to find them. Or, make the most of that one screen you do have by [mastering the Snap feature](=) — which also has a ton of useful keyboard shortcuts. While multiple monitors are awesome, I've always thought the Snap feature has a lot of potential for turning even a single monitor into a multitasking productivity powerhouse. 💡 Got an exceptional tip you'd like to share with other Windows enthusiasts? Microsoft's Bing Chat AI can now create Excel sheets. Just open [Bing Chat]( in a browser and ask for a table — for example, you could say "Make me a table of Windows releases, their release dates, and their end of support dates." (This does not work in Copilot on Windows 11 yet.) 📖 Save big on ebooks: Remember the days of rummaging through discounted book bins to find a great deal?
