Hello! Thanks for joining us from Thurrott. Welcome to Windows Intelligence, a new publication that will be working alongside Thurrott. You're now officially subscribed, and I'm thrilled to have you here. I'm Chris, and I run Windows Intelligence. Each week, I'll be bringing you the most important happenings in the world of Windows and the best tips and tricks to try. I'll also be bringing you the top stories from Thurrott. Paul Thurrott's coverage of Windows and Microsoft — as well as the broader tech landscape — has always been absolutely essential reading for me personally. Whether you're a longtime reader of Paul's (like myself!) or someone who has just recently found his coverage (you've made the right choice!), let me welcome you to the Windows Intelligence community. You'll get the first newsletter in your inbox soon. For now, I'm excited to offer you free copies of Paul Thurrott's Windows 11 Field Guide and Windows 10 Field Guides (a $9.99 value — and don't worry, you'll get both!) I just need you to tell me one thing first: What version of Windows are you using right now? Reply to this email and let me know, and I'll email you free copies of those Windows field guides soon. (And yes, I'll actually send you a personal reply!) Thanks again for signing up. We'll be talking more soon! Chris P.S. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
