BJP to hold nationwide protests against Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto’s remarks on PM Modi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold nationwide protests on Saturday against the “derogatory” remarks made by Pakistani foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari against Prime Minister Narendra Modi that sparked outrage across the country. This outrage comes in response to the Pakistani foreign minister’s defamatory remarks made during a press conference at the United Nations in New York. 2. Union Finance Minister will chair the 48th GST Council meeting via VC from New Delhi The GST Council in its meeting on Saturday is expected to decide on a number of issues like decriminalisation of offences under the GST law, setting up appellate tribunals and mechanism to curb tax evasion in pan masala and gutkha businesses. The Council would also consider a report of tax officers and give clarity on the rate applicability in certain goods and services. 3. Shraddha murder case | Delhi Saket court to hear bail plea of Aftab Poonawala Shraddha Walkar murder case accused Aaftab Poonawala on Friday moved an application in Delhi’s Saket Court seeking bail, which the court is likely to hear on Saturday. 4.
