1. PM to inaugurate Bio-CNG plant in Indore on Saturday Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a Bio-CNG plant in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore on Saturday via video conferencing, his office said. The plant has the capacity to treat 550 tonnes per day of segregated wet organic waste. It is expected to produce around 17,000 kg per day of CNG and 100 tonnes per day of organic compost, the PMO informed. 2. Tamil Nadu urban local body polls today Polling to fill over 12,800 posts in more than 640 urban local bodies across Tamil Nadu will go on till 6 p.m today. 3. Russia to stage massive nuclear drills amid Ukraine standoff Vladimir Putin will personally oversee Saturday’s exercise, which will involve multiple practice launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles and cruise missiles, the Defense Ministry said.
