The hackathon would announce top projects on April 3. 6) Coronavirus | Ethiopia to release thousands of prisoners to limit coronavirus spread “Considering the nature of the transmission of the virus and to end the overcrowding in prisons, the cases of 4,011 prisoners have been discontinued and given pardons,” Attorney General Adanech Abebe said, adding that the releases would begin Thursday. 7) Coronavirus | U.K. Chancellor to announce dole for self-employed British finance minister Rishi Sunak will say on Thursday how he will help self-employed workers who risk losing income during a near shutdown of the economy by the government as it tries to slow the spread of the coronavirus. 8) Coronavirus | Iran to ban intercity travel from Thursday The strict new measures come after weeks of cajoling largely failed to prevent hundreds of thousands of [Iranians taking to the roads]( to visit family for the two-week Persian New Year holiday.
