Corrupt corporate media must be held accountable

Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, both known for their grossly antisemitic pasts, quickly spread the story on X—doubling down on blaming Israel for the attack. Turns out, Hamas was responsible for the hospital strike. Crazy right? The Israel Defense Force promptly [countered](=.46d1TiPL8fA5zxtAydOck7RYHWEwUW9Xr8Wc-MrtUf4) the claims, stating Hamas was responsible for the rocket. Since then, “the Pentagon independently [concluded](=.5q6bhU1gtWTTl47Vs3xV9QgYcPvyjPbtk51Ag9Kth8o) the Gaza hospital blast was likely caused by an errant Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket that fell short of its target.” [We know corporate media are biased](=._FGPoBly2f-cEzDLajtAAkq7thW2z4ulYRmfoji6Dg4), but the reporting on Gaza shows they’re willing to be propagandists — even if their false reports are likely to get people killed. As you know, we are in the midst of an information war—and this is just the latest propaganda battle corporate media have decided to engage in.
