[View in browser](=.SDq8i1_GwavaWFvBY2f69mHrTVUuXu9AryhI-z7pD-0) Dear Reader, On Tuesday, President Joe Biden’s Justice Department indicted former President Donald Trump for repeatedly expressing his opinion that the 2020 election was riddled with serious problems. Yes, the same Justice Department that defrauded US voters in the 2020 presidential election by [conspiring with social media companies](=.87mM3tOg4hXdPvjYdLjzuiLg7NtMbkTn4hrCHzZvOfg) to suppress negative news about the Biden family business charged Trump with defrauding US voters by contesting that election. I wrote [a book](=.CkNvir0tN04VkFCzYcLXIOygn2SPp_cKMb7J647HKFw) about that election and its many problems, including the hundreds of changes to laws and processes under the guise of COVID, the flooding of the election with tens of millions of unsupervised ballots, and the private takeover of government election offices by left-wing groups funded by Mark Zuckerberg. Donald Trump is President Biden’s primary political rival for the 2024 election. As Biden continues to oversee the country's precipitous decline, his DOJ has become his personal Gestapo to target his political opponents and protect his political allies, including his own son. The indictments of Trump keep following within hours of breaking news and developments about the Biden family business and [Joe Biden's integral role](=.NV6jLh6UI-AcWYZDC9fXKbjJgk-57ZRhsCJlMZ3PFEU) there. If Donald Trump can be targeted for speaking out about the weirdest election any of us have ever experienced, then I assure you the DOJ could indict every one of the millions of Americans who agree with Trump about 2020 and have said so publicly. And why wouldn’t we expect them to target Trump supporters? We’ve already seen their perversions of justice when it came to January 6 trespassers, pro-life protesters, and concerned parents at school board meetings. The globalist Left is ruthless. The Constitution, equal justice, and the health of our nation as a whole are of little concern. Their priority is to protect their own political and financial interests, which has increased their personal power and status to a level unfathomable to most Americans. Their biggest opposition is an agenda focused on America and her interests. To that end, they don’t just want to put Trump in prison, but destroy the movement to put the concerns of the country first. They want to embarrass and discredit him in the eyes of his supporters. They think he’s a criminal for opposing them, and they think the same thing about his supporters. Republicans in Congress have a duty to fight back on behalf of their voters. In fact, a [majority](=.l4F2FTGEorWniioAQlLqq4o2g60YSnfDVwShPoE88tg) of voters know the Trump indictments are “interference rather than justice." Instead of gaveling back into session to take on the most insanely corrupt power grab in American history, Congress is on vacation for six weeks. While Congress is refusing to take action, The Federalist is reporting the facts of what’s really going on with these continued indictments: - [Republicans Who Don’t Impeach Biden And His DOJ Cronies Now Are Part Of The Partisan Prosecution Problem](=.DXnZteP-R9V9_oZ1MB9doBZvz5tH0JpQI0NyP0mepvg) - [Trump Could Have Spent Jan. 6 Talking About The Weather And Still Would Have Been Indicted](=.k71yuFfgIiO2ByBvspbQ5tlVE3PyV2A7LkY_URosvyg) - [DOJ Indictment Of Trump Is A Declaration Of War Against American Voters](=.p8MFHZi4l4iBX3rUsRkbH-3QzL11G3FXIrr-o2COjgw) I also recently [published a podcast](=.uwECmacdyCXOxmXFxMUONDJ2xw9QBs0YDy1Tu6KDY7E) with Federalist Senior Editor David Harsanyi breaking down the indictments and the Biden family corruption.
