Instead, rather than high crimes and misdemeanors, he will outline activity that we have already come to expect from a commander in chief with no filter and no regard for political norms. Rude and inappropriate? Yes. Obstruction of justice? It seems not. Impeachable offenses? Definitely not, unless you’re a crazy person.
