McCabe’s Bogus Witch Hunt Of Jeff Sessions Confirms Worst Fears About FBI/DOJ Politicization By Mollie Hemingway Of all the Russian conspiracy angles, the one alleging Jeff Sessions is working on behalf of the Russians is easily the most outlandish. --------------------------------------------------------------- Thousands upon thousands of media reports over the last year and a half have intimated, suggested, or flat-out asserted that President Donald Trump is a traitor who colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton. What this widely held theory lacks in evidence, its diehard supporters in the media and other anti-Trump bastions make up for with their faith-filled conviction of its truth. An alternate storyline has been unfolding over that same time. The basic contour is that claims Trump stole the election by treasonously colluding with Russia are the result of a coordinated campaign that was bought and paid for by the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, weaponized by the federal government, and promulgated by a completely compliant media. Why The Prosecutor In The Eric Greitens Case Could Be The One Who Ends Up In Jail By Dave Grossman It is very possible that Kim Gardner will lose this trial, and the process by which this case was handled will prove a case study in how not to prosecute. --------------------------------------------------------------- It didn’t take long for the wheels to start coming off the wagon of St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s prosecution of Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens. An indictment with dubious origins and few facts has led to a trial with almost unbelievable moments of legal comedy. There was the initial hearing, when the prosecution admitted to the judge that they don’t have evidence to win the trial. Then there the moment when the prosecutors had to tell the defense that they didn’t have the photo that is supposedly the reason for the indictment in the first place. [Full Article]( 3. Why A Good Father Prepares His Sons For War By Jesse Kelly Will Leitch’s father failed him that day. No man teaches his son to shoot by handing him a 20-gauge shotgun, with no instruction on its operation, and telling him to fire away. --------------------------------------------------------------- “There is a beast in every man, and it stirs when you put a sword in his hand.”—Jorah Mormont Men were made for violence. It’s part of why they were created. To protect the weak. To fight for themselves and for nations. To compete and to win. Do you know why men like football? Why they watch boxing? Why Romans watched the gladiators slaughter each other? Because part of men was made for violence and their instincts draw them to it. We cannot suppress human nature. We cannot half-embrace who and what we are—how God made us, and how we are built. [Full Article]( 4. Ten Common Arguments For Gun Control, Debunked By Ryan Cleckner An attorney and former sniper team leader for the U.S. Army explains why 10 of the most common gun control arguments don't make sense. --------------------------------------------------------------- School shootings have dominated the news cycle and the common theme anti-gunners express is how gun control can somehow solve the problem. The most common gun-control arguments of today go something like this: “These shootings would stop if we banned AR-15s or other semi-auto rifles; raised the minimum age for firearm ownership; and/or created tougher gun laws.” These are emotion-based arguments and will do nothing to solve the problem. In fact, they can even make the problem worse while infringing on the liberties of Americans. Let’s explore, and debunk, 10 of the most common gun-control arguments. [Full Article]( 5. Why The Stormy Daniels Story Is A Sign Of The Apocalypse By Robert Tracinski It looks like Donald Trump's lawyer paid a porn star to hush up a story about her liaisons with the man who is now president. How come nobody really cares? --------------------------------------------------------------- How come nobody really seems to care about Stormy Daniels? Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen reports from legitimate sources like the Wall Street Journal that in 2016 Donald Trump’s lawyer paid $130,000 to Stephanie Clifford, an “adult film actress” who goes by the stage name Stormy Daniels, to get her not to talk about liaisons she had with Trump some years ago, when he was married to his current wife. Now Clifford is suing to get released from that agreement. [Full Article]( Copyright © 2015 The Federalist, All rights reserved.
