Christopher Wylie, who worked at the British-based company but left prior to the company working to elect Donald Trump (recall that originally CA was a Ted Cruz vendor), is going around claiming that the company “breached”, “misappropriated”, and “manipulated” personal Facebook data of some 50 million people using psychological tools. These are also known as, you know, targeted ads and promoted posts – the same tools corporations use every day, and the same tools the Obama campaign used to great effect in 2008 and 2012.
