Economic issues are nearly always the most significant factors in elections, and should Democrats have to face a reality where Wall Street is booming, working class wages are rising, and middle class voters see bigger paychecks, it will be much more difficult for them to run what is essentially a midterm campaign for impeachment, even against an unpopular president.
