If you're prop trading, Friend, give this a read if you missed it the first time. It's been a game changer for many. Norman ================================ Hi Friend, As you know, I'm paying quite a bit of attention on guiding traders through the evaluation phase, to the funding phase, to the money-in-your-bank phase. There are several stress points where traders tend to "stiffen up" and have a tough time pulling the trigger on trades for fear of losing. THE MOST COMMON "STIFFENING UP" POINT. This common point happens when you are close to crossing the threshold of passing the evaluation stage (your just a few hundred dollars away). It also happens in the funded phase where you're very close to crossing the threshold where you can start getting paid. You don't want to backtrack, so you tend to want to trade a bit more conservatively... to a fault... and you stiffen up. MY SUGGESTION. This above scenario is due largely to backing yourself into an all or nothing scenario. What I mean by this is that when you are working with, say, one 50K account, and you're close the finish line, you're either going to fail or succeed. If you were trading 2 50K accounts and you traded them exactly the same from the beginning...up to the point where you are close to the finish line, you can then give yourself options. You can trade the same futures contract in each of the accounts, but a different position size. You can apply a different position (different contracts) to each account while, of course, following your trading plan. By giving yourself options, you take the pressure of one specific outcome. One other outcome that traders who I couch report is that once you've crossed the finish line in one account, the other quickly follows because the pressure has eased for the second account, now that you've passed the first. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
