A law prohibiting biological boys from competing against biological girls in sports was just struck down… ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ [FCA]( Fellow Patriot, This is urgent. America just finished celebrating one of the greatest women's sporting events in history. But rather than celebrating a moment to empower women’s sports, the radical left is using this moment to deconstruct women’s sports. In West Virginia, Republican lawmakers are fighting to protect women’s sports with a law that prohibits biological boys from competing against biological girls. A pretty common-sense law, right? Unfortunately, however, the case was assigned to a liberal federal appeals court that decided pushing their radical agenda was more important than doing their duty. [FCA]( Can you believe that the Left is responding to the Caitlin Clark hype by trying to DESTROY women’s sports? It’s outrageous, and we cannot sit back any longer. Fair Courts America has been at the forefront of fighting to remove Soros-backed prosecutors and far-left liberal judges who are attempting to circumvent the legislative system by overturning long-standing laws based on protecting women’s sports, parental rights, and God-given freedoms. What’s happening in West Virginia is just the latest example of how the left is attacking conservatives through the courts. [This is exactly why we’re counting on your help, friend.]( [CHIP IN: PROTECT WOMEN’S SPORTS]( This law was carefully crafted and supported by hundreds of local representatives acting on the behalf of West Virginians - but it was torn down by just a pair of activist judges... Once again, the Left is using our court system to subvert the will of voters and push their radical agenda, no matter the cost. With your support, we will mobilize our supporters, raise awareness about the importance of fair and impartial courts, and stop their attempts once and for all. That’s why we’re asking for your support today. [A small donation of $5, $10, $15, $25, or more can help us reach thousands of voters in just one state!]( Can we count on your help, friend? Please consider making a contribution to our "[STOP ACTIVIST JUDGES](" Fund today. [MAKE A CONTRIBUTION]( Thank you for your support.
