Old Messages will be Deleted 👀

Hi {NAME} 👋, We haven't sent out a mailer in a long long time but a couple important things are happening that we thought you should know: - Messages older than 18 months will be deleted. - Profile verification added Pruning Old Messages ​ ThaiFriendly has been around for 10+ years now and we still keep messages back from when we started! This includes messages from people who stopped using the site ages ago after they happily found someone here and forgot to delete their account. To help improve privacy for users and as part of a very late spring cleaning 🌸 we will soon be deleting all messages older than 18 months. If you want to download a copy of your old messages we are happy to announce that you can now download your data as part of our privacy policy [Download Data]( and this currently will include all your messages going back to when you started using the site. After approximately 14th July these messages will be gone so download today if you want a copy of them. If you are fatigued from endless hookups with beautiful members and want to settle down and marry someone from ThaiFriendly your country may ask to see early messages proving how you met (if they are applying for a green card/citizenship). Profile Verification ​ We are now rolling out optional profile verification which will give a blue checkmark on profiles where they have passed our human review team. Having a blue checkmark will show others that your photos are the real deal 👍. Currently profile verification is live for our mobile website or our apps in the App Store on iOS or Google Play store on Android. It will be coming to the desktop soon™️.. To verify your profile simply open the app or mobile website and then navigate to your profile page to start the verification process. It will record a short 3 second video of your face when you are ready and our humans will check that it matches your photos. Didn't install our app yet?
