His closing message is about banning award-winning books from our schools and silencing the voices of Black authors. Apparently, it wasn’t enough to indulge Donald Trump’s lies about the 2020 election. It wasn’t enough to pander to insurrectionists. It wasn’t enough to peddle antisemitic rhetoric and homophobic ideas. His ace card is full-blown racism and now, he’s dragging our kids into the middle of his ugly, right-wing culture war. [To stop him on Tuesday, we need the largest Get Out The Vote program ever built in Virginia. Next week, Virginia has the opportunity to reject this hate and choose a better way forward.
