Global Dental Services and Imagoworks are the firms in question, but healthtech in general is getting a boost: Speedoc and SIMR also closed funding deals this past week.  ð®ð³ Global Dental Services: The India-based dental network has raised US$66 million in a round led by Investcorp. ð¸ð¬ Speedoc: The Singapore-based firm, which sends doctors and nurses on house calls and provides medication delivery services, [has bagged US$28 million]( in a pre-series B fundraise. The participating investors include Shinhan Venture Investment, Mars Growth Capital, Vertex Ventures SEA & India, and Bertelsmann India Investments. ð¨ð³ SIMR: The Chinese innovation-oriented biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of new drugs for pain, inflammation, and diseases related to the central nervous system has closed a US$20.7 million series C round. Investors include Tian Rui Feng Nian Private Fund, Huarui, and Guanzi Venture Capital. ð°ð· Imagoworks: This South Korean firm offers a web-based dental computer-aided design solution using AI, streamlining the digital workflow for dental professionals. It has raised US$8 million in series B funding from investors including Company K Partners, KB Investment, and InterVest. ð®ð© Broom: This Indonesia-based automotive financing startup that gives vehicle dealers access to short-term loans has [secured a US$6 million debt facility]( from DBS Indonesia.
