Let’s dive into the biggest deals and M&As that recently took place.  ---------------------------------------------------------------  THE BIGGEST DEALS BY COUNTRY 🇮🇳 Urban Company: The India-based gig marketplace [bagged US$188 million]( from DF International Group, Prosus Ventures, and Wellington Management in its series F funding round. 🇨🇳 DeltaPhone Information: The Chinese AI firm scored a US$76.9 million series B round from BOCOM International, CICC Capital, CMSC, China Merchants Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Yuexiu Industrial Fund, and Yunqi Capital. 🇭🇰 AfterShip: The Hong Kong-headquartered ecommerce shipping and tracking solutions provider [raised a series B round worth US$66 million]( from GL Ventures and Tiger Global Management. 🇸🇬 StashAway: The Singapore-based robo-advisor [got US$25 million in series D money]( from Eight Roads Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Square Peg Capital. 🇮🇱 ZenGo: The Israeli cryptocurrency platform raised US$20 million from Benson Oak Capital, Collider Ventures, Distributed Global, Elron Electronic Industries, FJ Labs, Insight Partners, and Samsung Next Tel Aviv in a series A round of funding. It begins with the details of Grab’s SPAC deal, including the investment size, valuation, and investors, among others.Rare figures and charts of how Grab’s different businesses are moving toward profitability are also included in the deck.  2️⃣ 500 Startups invested in this firm after seeing its pitch deck Shippo is a California-based ecommerce platform that provides retailers with tools to streamline their shipping process. It used [this pitch deck]( to raise seed funding in 2014, and 500 Startups participated in that round. The deck is simple and concise, fit for a startup that’s raising funds for the first time. It clearly illustrates key figures that mark Shippo’s growth, including its run rate, profit margin, and number of packages delivered.  3️⃣ This startup’s pitch deck earned 500 Startups’ attention Purple Go is a sales platform that automates tasks such as invoicing, payments, and order updates for staff to work efficiently with patients. The deck begins by describing the platform that Purple Go is building and goes on to outline the problems that led the company to develop its service.
