--------------------------------------------------------------- Hello {NAME} The tech and startup world - and this includes the media side of things - can be obsessed with the latest, newest tech. Sometimes, this enthusiasm completely outpaces the practical considerations. For example, I think that generative AIâs hype is currently still ahead of the real difference its application can enable. So when I come across a piece that argues for another use case for an existing tech, I appreciate it. Todayâs thoughtful tidbits include an article on how deeptech can augment healthcare - even better, since itâs an important vertical that has direct positive impacts on humanity. Itâs not always about charging ahead into the unknown; taking stock of what we have and how we can use them in new ways can create the next big business opportunity too. And that should attract funding like how todayâs featured firms did. You can find all other important investment deals that happened in the last few days in our [weekly funding news wrap-up](. Letâs dive into the biggest deals and M&As that recently took place. -- Winston Â
