The telco registered 20,354,513,050 ordinary shares of N0.02 each thereby setting in motion the next steps in its planned listing by introduction on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). MTN is [still seeking]( a permanent resolution to its $2 billion tax dispute with the Nigerian Attorney-general. This quest has received a boost as the court will now listen to its lawsuit against the AGF dismissing an objection from the latter to disregard it. Kenyan digital health startup, MyDawa [has received]( $3 million in funding from Africa HealthCare Master Fund. The money will be used to fund the startup's expansion across Kenya. The Africa Healthcare Master Fund is managed by [Asia Africa Investment & Consulting]( (AAIC) and it invests in the health sector primarily in Sub-saharan Africa. Launched in 2017, MyDawa provides easy access to quality medication. The company now has over 80,000 registered users. Regtech company, Intergreatme is [looking to raise]( about $1.7 million for 20% equity. The South African startup is planning to do so through crowdfunding site Uprise.Africa. So far it has raised $52,100 out of the target. Intergreatme offers an identity management solution for users and compliance service for businesses. The new round now values the company at USD20 million. The funds will be used to expand the team and for product development. Payitup was founded in 2017, originally facilitating payments for PayTV.
