The telco registered 20,354,513,050 ordinary shares of N0.02 each thereby setting in motion the next steps in its planned listing by introduction on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). The Africa Healthcare Master Fund is managed by [Asia Africa Investment & Consulting]( (AAIC) and it invests in the health sector primarily in Sub-saharan Africa. Launched in 2017, MyDawa provides easy access to quality medication. The company now has over 80,000 registered users. Regtech company, Intergreatme is [looking to raise]( about $1.7 million for 20% equity. The South African startup is planning to do so through crowdfunding site Uprise.Africa. So far it has raised $52,100 out of the target. Intergreatme offers an identity management solution for users and compliance service for businesses.
