[TECADEMICS] Great news for Tecademics, all current and former students, the corporate team, and the entire industry of digital marketing education IT’S OFFICIAL After months of tough negotiations, Tecademics announced today in a public press release that the terms of the pending sale of their proprietary technology and curriculum to IQUP have been ratified by the Tecademics, LLC corporate management committee. [Click Here To Read The Press Release]( EVERYBODY WINS Good News for Students If you are currently or have ever been a tuition-based student of Tecademics, you received a FREE scholarship to the existing and future digitally-delivered education at IQUP, all of it, without limitations. IQUP is focused on providing micro-certifications to higher education. Colleges, universities, trade schools and major corporations will be utilizing this curriculum, and all Tecademics students will gain digital access to the same education that will be provided to those educational institutions. Good News Regarding Courses The new owner of the Tecademics curriculum, IQUP, is planning to take it up a notch. Not only will IQUP continue to provide LIVE courses to students, you will get to watch all courses LIVE STREAMED, online, in the comfort of your home. Travel expenses have often been a limiting factor to many student budgets. Not anymore. IQUP is releasing access to proprietary LIVE streaming of all future classes. Additionally, with the new IQUP technology, LIVE streamed courses will be archived immediately, so, if you can’t watch real time, you can watch it later. IQUP will be releasing the new spring 2018 schedule, which will kick off live courses held at its Scottsdale campus beginning in April 2018. Good News for Customers As a customer of Tecademics, I’m sure you have had the chance to meet some of the amazing corporate team. What a great group of people! Transitions are tough, but what makes these transitions more comforting is if the PEOPLE you work with don’t leave. MORE GOOD NEWS. Many of the Tecademics corporate team members have been offered the opportunity to join the IQUP team and most have accepted. They are here, anxious to serve you! “After reading the IQUP business plan, I thought, “It’s about time. This is going to set a new bar for digital marketing education. I AM IN.” – Daniel Silver, COO “Who doesn’t want to be part of the future of education? Micro-certifications have already started to make their mark in higher education, but no one has entered the digital marketing space. IT’S MORE THAN TIME!” – Jack Holloway, Chief Learning Officer “Working with universities and colleges has been my life’s work. Never have I seen them more excited for a subject matter to be added to their course offering. They really could not do this without IQUP and what we bring. SUPER EXCITING!” – Lois Salmon, Chief Curriculum Officer “I have had some amazing business opportunities in my life, but nothing compares to this. The value that our students are going to receive, the technology they are going to experience is really second to none. I am so thrilled to be part of this movement.” – Phillip Lechter – CEO WHAT HAPPENS TO TECADEMICS? Obviously, Tecademics is prohibited from competing with the company that just bought its curriculum. But, like all operating companies, there are existing obligations that will need to be fulfilled. That will be the main focus of the company for the remainder of 2018. The payments coming into Tecademics from the sale of its technology and curriculum will be allocated to wind up, with integrity, the remaining obligations of the company. Even though there can’t be any direct competition, Tecademics has an amazing brand, and because of that brand, Tecademics has been approached with many business opportunities that are being considered. You never know what might happen next. STAY TUNED – WE MAY SURPRISE YOU.
