Updates to Teachable Terms of Use

In alignment with our latest platform updates, we've also revised our Terms of Use. Below, we’ve outlined the most important adjustments for you to know about. Effective immediately, we’ve made the following changes: - Removed Section 10.2 (1) of the previous terms, which stated: “Transactions made through CPG are not subject to Teachable's transaction fees.” Thus, transactions made through integrating a Custom Payment Gateway will be subject to fees. - Added Section 12 (4): “Changes to either transaction or implementation fees for transactions may occur during the term of a subscription subject to reasonable notice by Teachable. Teachable may also offer additional services during the term of a subscription, and those services may result in additional fees.” - Added the following to Section 17 in the Limitation of Liability Section: “You agree that if you are sending gifts of Teachable products, that by indicating a giftee, you are solely responsible to obtain their validation before providing us their personal data.
