LIVE TRADING SESSION!]( Hello investor I am going to share the key mentality that a trader must cultivate to win more consistently in options trading. Listen, Ben Graham always preached that investing should be business-like. It is helpful to think like a businessperson when you trade options. Let’s imagine that you are a storeowner. Would you risk your entire capital on a product line by buying a truckload of them? Or would you prefer to order two crates and build up the size of your orders if they sold well? By ordering a certain size of a merchandise, you know your worst case scenario. You wouldn’t risk the entire store on a single product. The same thing is true with options trading. You need to define your businessperson’s risk. How? By computing the maximum amount of money you’ll risk on a single trade. And always set stop losses. This way, you would know your maximum loss on a single trade… and… stick to them. After all, you don’t want to risk the entire account just like you don’t want to risk your storefront on a single product. How much should a trader risks on each trade? I can’t give a definite answer, as I am not an advisor. Personally, I think a trader should never trade more than two percent of his/her account on a single position. Would you like to learn MORE of my trading insights? I am hosting a FREE webinar where I will reveal the principles of a top trader. As a bonus… I will show you our newest dark pool AI data, where you can grab a peek of where Big Institutional Money is buying and selling right now. Come and join me at 8am PT / 11am ET. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
