During the pandemic, when even more folks were relying on the postal service, DeJoy made cuts and decommissioned mail-sorting machines. A federal judge even ruled that DeJoy’s policies directly harmed mail delivery leading up to the 2020 election. Tammy’s heard complaints from across Wisconsin about the mail delivery slowdowns by the U.S. Postal Service. And now, there are concerns over how DeJoy’s actions will affect mail-in ballots during the 2024 election.
