{NAME}, Shelter, food, and water. These are the three things humans need for survival. If you control all 3 of them for yourself, you won't have to worry about your family's future, because you have what they need to survive. That's why I have farms, and there are 11 unbreakable laws to living off the land… and most new land owners tend to break several of them. [In this free 27 minute video I teach you the basics of living off the land.]( If you buy groceries, you've noticed that food is getting more expensive. According to Statista, food prices have been climbing for more than 20 years! That's why I'm sharing with you, what I call The Amish Homestead - 11 laws you must follow to live off the land. Some people might say "Tai, come on, I'll just make more money to account for inflation." Here's the problem with that train of thought. You might make more money, but you still don't have control over your food source… - How are the vegetables grown? Are you inadvertently consuming GMOs, herbicides, and pesticides? - Are you eating chicken, beef, and pork pumped with hormones? - Are the farming practices being used sustainable, or is the farm land being eroded to never be useful again? - What happens if there is a massive disruption in food distribution, as it happened during lockdown? I've been fortunate enough to have lived with the Amish for a few years, I've done permaculture, gone to New Zealand to sheer sheep, I pasture raise animals, there are bees in my farms… all while running multi-million dollar businesses. Creating wealth, and taking control of your food are not mutually exclusive. Actually, if you do it right, it can help you grow your net worth. The dollar value per acre of farmland has gone up since the 70s. The first law to living off the land is learning how to select the land itself. [I talk about it in this free training.]( Here's some of what you should know: - How to read the land. Does it drain well, is it too swampy, is it fertile, do you need to regenerate it first, how much limestone is there in the top soil… - Where should your house/home be on the land… don't get this one wrong, it will determine whether you enjoy going to your farm or hate it… - How much land should you get? If you're a beginner you probably want to start with 5 to 10 acres, or you're going to get overwhelmed. If you're more advanced, or you plan on renting out the land, you can go bigger… - What animals are suitable to raise in the land you're getting? Not every farm should have cows, it depends on the land… - And more… This is a deep topic. There is a lot to cover. So, [I'm starting a test group called The Amish Homestead]( where you'll learn how to use the 11 laws for living off the land so you can feed your family for generations. [Check out the free training]( and if you want to join the test group, there will be a button on the next page for you to join.
