Here's the thing, the human brain has evolved to overexaggerate problems. I did a small meetup in Dubai with students who have been in my courses, learning from me for about a decade. As long as you have health and freedom, nothing's wrong. What's tricky is that when things are going wrong, the tendency is to isolate. But that overexaggeration goes crazy when you isolate because you don't have anyone to check you and make you see that you're not in such a bad spot. By staying social you diminish the overexaggeration. By the way, there is a time to be alone, to isolate. For example if once a month you plan on taking a weekend, and go camping or do something in nature, that's fine. It's not spontaneous, it's planned. When isolation is reactive, when you just wake up one day and feel like you're not making enough money, or you're not good looking enough, or something else, and then you isolate...
