Aron Goodman (Morristown, NJ) [uses TikTok as a platform]( to fight antisemitism by sharing first-person stories from his grandmother who survived the Holocaust as a child. Meaza Light-Orr (Los Angeles, CA) [expanded educational access in Ethiopia]( by building a secondary school in the village where she was born. Anabelle Lombard (Arlington, VA) [turns art into activism]( with Generation Ratify, a youth-led movement to educate and activate youth around gender justice in the United States. In addition to being incredible young changemakers, what else do these extraordinary teenagers have in common? They are all recipients of the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards. The [2024 Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards]( recognize up to 15 Jewish teens from across the United States with $36,000 to honor their leadership and efforts to repair the world. [LEARN MORE and APPLY]( Eligibility: Teens must be currently serving in a leadership role on a project, identify as Jewish, be residents of the United States, and cannot be receiving compensation for their work. Projects may focus on the Jewish or general community. Nominations: The Diller Tikkun Olam Awards invite educators, rabbis, civic leaders, and mentors to recognize young leaders who are making a difference in their community by nominating them for the Award.
