The event kicked off with a welcome lunch and a special tour of the Swatch Pavilion with Carlo Giordanetti and renowned Swiss artist Marcelot! This up-close-and-personal encounter was followed by a guided tour of the entire Arsenale for a truly incredible first day. Day two of the Biennale event took our members on an enlightening guided tour of the Giardini della Biennale, followed by a very special presentation by Thai artist Navin Rawanchaikul in front of his site-specific installation, THE DESCRIPTION OF THE WORLD. Carlo and Navin walked members through the narratives and creation process behind this cultural and artistic marvel. Our guests were then presented with the Art Special Swatch representing Navin's Biennale project, and had the chance to purchase the watch before its official launch date. [#Club Event Page_Image 2]( That night, the group set sail from their hotel to enjoy a terrace "aperitivo" and imperial dinner. Here, they were introduced to local artist Lucio Schiavon and his fantastic Venetian Canvas. Thirteen lucky guests had the chance to win a signed Schiavon poster at the end. Our guests left Venice feeling happy, carrying with them special gifts, memories and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We can't wait to see more of our Swatch Club family at future meetups!
