A new way to retain employees: 72% of knowledge workers say that a 4-day work week would make them twice as likely to stay with their company, rising to 82% for those under the age of 35! Offering employees their preferred working hours can be a massive differentiator — especially for companies with smaller brands or less money to spend on salaries. Presenteeism is draining productivity Working patterns are evolving, but a familiar foe remains: presenteeism.
