Change your password to log in to your account {NAME}, At Sun Country, we’re working hard to improve the experience of flying with us, including a completely new website and reservations system, which launched last week. As part of this transition, we are increasing our security, which means the first time you log in to your Sun Country Rewards account on our new website, you will need to create a new password. Note: If you have already visited our new website and created your new password, no further action is needed. To create a new password, follow these simple steps. Your email and Sun Country Rewards number have not changed. Your Sun Country Rewards: #213076614 - Go to [suncountry.com]( and click the Log In button in the header. - Click the “Forgot password?” link located below the password field. - Enter in the required account information to initiate the reset (email or Rewards number, last name, and date of birth). - A password reset email will be sent to the email address on file. - When you receive the email, click the link in the email. The link will take you to a page on our website to create a new password. - Enter a new password that: - Is a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 - Contains at least 1 lowercase letter - Contains at least 1 uppercase letter - Contains at least 1 number or character - Does not match your email address - Save new password. That’s it. Your new password has been created. You can now use this password to log in to your Rewards account. With our new website, you can still pay with points or combine points with dollars to pay for your trip. You can also view your point balance and any upcoming trips by going to the Overview section. Viewing past trips will be available soon. And best yet, when making a reservation, be sure to log-in to your Rewards account first, as your traveler information will fill in automatically, saving you time when you book your next trip.
