Stuff’s latest projects reflect NZ’s diversity. [padding] [If you are unable to view this message correctly, click here]( [padding] [Stuff banner]( [spacer] [padding] Hi {NAME}, When we launched Stuff’s new [charter]( in late 2020, one of our key focuses was building a business with a sense of equity; one that reflects and serves the many diverse communities of Aotearoa New Zealand. I’m thrilled to share with you some projects that help us fulfill that commitment. [What’s Wrong With You?]( is a podcast about life with a disability, produced by a team of young, disabled women including our colleague, Olivia Shivas, who is a wheelchair user. In the series, Olivia and her co-host, Paralympian Rebecca Dubber, interview guests with a disability about their experience, and they address some of the big issues facing disabled people - such as sex, religion, mobility carparks, and how to fend off outragous questions like: what's wrong with you? Stuff is also about to launch a new multi-lens journalism programme. This unique, foundational training initiative will shift how we represent all New Zealanders, covering communities including Māori and Pasifika, older Kiwis, LGBTQIA+ groups, and those with disabilities. Support from readers like you has encouraged and allowed us to champion diversity and inclusion. Ngā mihi nui for backing our mission to improve the lives of all Kiwis. Many [struggled to access tests]( faced [hostility on public transport]( [battled to get food delivery spots]( and worry that the plan to lift restrictions will [disproportionately affect vulnerable groups](.
