How to have romance every day, not just on Valentines If this email is not displayed correctly, [click here]( to view an online version. Hi homelovers, Valentines Day is behind us and I couldn’t be happier, it’s a cringefest I wish would be obliterated from our calendars. Sure, romance has been known to make me all doe-eyed but I can’t think of something less appealing than feeling pressured or obliged to feel loved up. A grand gesture is nice and proclaims to the world how you feel, but I think the sweetest moments are those that just arrive, that simply pop into our everyday lives. I know not everyone feels the same, but I’d much prefer a foot rub to flowers, and laughs on Lime scooters to oysters and fine dining. And what’s with a day that makes singles feel somehow like they’re lesser people? I’m not for any kind of celebration which encourages us to feel validated by another person’s admiration. Where’s the self-love in that? Romance is not dead, that’s for sure. It’s not just alive, it is thriving. This week, I’m sharing inspiring stories with a romantic vibe - from love in a tiny home, to bringing sexy back to the bedroom and a great piece on why red roses should not be our Valentines Day bloom of choice. Feel the love every day people, not just on February 14. Catch you next week. Colleen O’Hanlon Homed Editor [Thread Design]( Enjoying this email? Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
