CoreLogic NZ’s latest Mapping the Market[data showed 50% of suburbs]( experienced “meaningful” value increases over the past year. However, more recent quarterly data showed a sharper decline, particularly in Auckland as well as areas such as Napier, Wellington, and Nelson. Of course, there are always special homes to which these fluctuations don’t even apply.
