I've got loads of articles in our archives and in the subscriber only sections of our websites when you're ready to take a spin through 'em. Please let me know if I've failed to clearly explain something or you'd like to know more on a specific topic. Best regards and thanks for being part of the Total Wealth Family, Keith "Recently I saw an email that had all the explanations of stop loss, trailing stops etc. but now can't find it, I must have deleted it. As I find these terms very confusing it is somewhat holding me back from investing. I would love to be able print this off for my own reference." -Caroline M. Dear Caroline, I hate it when that happens, too! Take a spin through our archives, and be sure to check out [this piece](. I know investing seems complicated because the language is so specific but that's actually an advantage if that makes sense. Once you learn it, there is zero ambiguity - and that allows you to be much more effective when it comes to building wealth. Best regards and thanks for being part of the Total Wealth Family, Keith "Dear Keith, Thank you so very much for the EKSO update. I had been debating whether to hold my nose and sell, but I trust the longevity of your experience and honesty in your recommendations so will stick with it for a while longer. Again, thank you for all the hard analysis you do."  -Ardath A. Dear Ardath, Thank you for the kind words and for the trust you place in me. I will do my very best to ensure it's well placed! Speaking of which, Ekso is a very promising company in an exceptionally challenging situation that's not unfamiliar to many startups with breakthrough technology. I continue to believe in their products and their management. Now we just need to see the markets give them a break and the sales channels open up. Best regards and thanks for being part of the Total Wealth Family, Keith "The reality is I must start to build a decent retirement fast! I'm 70 years young and all I have is Social Security. Quick story. My husband was an appraiser, in 2005 he passed and with him gone the business was gone! I was a realtor/loan officer and what little I had at the time the 2008 Real Estate failure managed to leave me literally bankrupt. (More for another time) Which brings me back to the purpose of my goal. I applied to open a yield pledge checking account with EverTrade Direct Brokerage. But, my request was declined due to an 8 year old bankruptcy. Is this going to be a problem if I apply again to another bank? Keith, do you have any suggestions? I'm a subscriber since January. I have read the briefings, reports, comments from the members of your team to self educate myself and gain knowledge. Thank you. -Laura C. Dear Laura, Thank you so much for sharing your story. I will do my very best to ensure you build your dreams as quickly, safely and effectively as possible. The key for an investor in your situation is not to get crazy by letting the temptation for quick returns override the necessity of steady returns. Consider reading up on [the 50-40-10 structure]( I advocate because that will give you a good starting point on both maximum returns and minimum risk. As for the bankruptcy affecting an account opening, that's conceivable but I don't know the specifics so it would not be appropriate for me to offer specific guidance here. I suggest ringing the bank and asking point blank so you'll know what you're dealing with. And, of course, how to proceed.
