In less than a month, voters appear ready to cross party lines on one issue in particular - cannabis legalization in the states. Now, each one of the many ballot measures we're tracking, and all the potential legal cannabis customers they represent, will end up being a catalyst for the investments in our model portfolio of cannabis stocks. And when it comes to legal cannabis, our mantra here is... When laws pass, stocks soar. We're tracking four states in particular where voters will decide whether to legalize medical and/or recreational marijuana. Michigan and North Dakota have ballot measures to legalize the adult use of recreational marijuana, while voters in Utah and Missouri are deciding on medical marijuana initiatives. Legalization efforts are also underway in several state legislatures. Lawmakers in New Jersey, for instance, are working toward getting a full legalization measure on the books this year. That alone could add up to 9 million potential new customers in a densely populated part of the East Coast. All told, we could see up to 61.4 million potential new legal cannabis customers come online by the end of the year. That's huge for the cannabis industry... and for pot-stock enthusiasts.
