[Strategic Tech Investor] August 26, 2018 Dear Strategic Tech Investor Reader, This year has been a bumpy road for the stock market. The past month or so has been no different - up one week, down the next. Technology has been a great source for soaring stock prices, if you know how to play it. Fortunately, we do. But if you're trying to play the rest of the market... well, that's another story. Just take a look at the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The numbers are all over the place. Like I said, it's been rocky. We've seen a lot of stagnation. While losses have been minimal, gains have been sporadic. If you've been playing them straight, the markets have been nothing more than a glorified, if riskier, savings account. But if you're investing your money, you want it to grow, not just sit like a bump on a log. But starting right now, you don't have to worry about what the markets are doing. If they're up, down, or sideways, I have a way that could show you how to still win big... and fast. By the end of the year, you could be on track to make $173,000, and stock market volatility will have virtually no effect whatsoever on your potential gains. You see, the team here has developed an [impressive strategy]( that uses a simple math equation, helping us test the "momentum" of a certain stock. Let's say you have $1,000 and one week to invest. You could put that money into the S&P 500. Maybe you'll make a gain of 1%. That adds up to $10, gross. Or maybe our gain will be even smaller. Between May 22 and June 1, the S&P was stagnant. If you invested your $1,000 there, you would have seen a return of a measly 60 cents. But you could have used [this strategy]( and found an opportunity that was able to close out for 100% gains. Which would you rather have? An extra 60 cents or an extra $1,000? I know which one I'd chose. [Check out the details here](. In the meantime, we've been covering a lot of other profit opportunities in our premium services. To check out what I've been looking at this week, just click on the links below... [Our Photonics Play Soars 100% in Less Than a Year]( The medical industry can be a good bet when you're investing. There is always the need for hospitals and doctors - and new technology. We've been into a small photonics company that builds systems that help clients in healthcare and manufacturing stay on the leading edge in the midst of a technology boom. This medtech company's stock is up 100% in less than a year - and it's still going. [Here's your next move](... [This Surprising Stock Rebounded 44% - and here's why]( The legal cannabis sector is blowing up - and for good reason. There's one company in particular that is positioned to profit from both medical and recreational marijuana sales. Already, it controls the market in several Canadian provinces, but it's not stopping there. It's now targeting foreign markets, and that's reflected in this company's gains. What used to be a losing position for us has turned into a solid 16.6% gainer. [Check it out](... [ETFs Rejected - but Bitcoin Keeps Coming Back]( Late Wednesday, we learned that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had rejected three groups of Bitcoin-based ETF applications. That sounds like bad news - but here's the thing. The cryptocurrency's price dropped a tad, but quickly stabilized... and has actually creeped back up some. It just goes to show the resilience of Bitcoin in the face of federal regulators' reticence to back an ETF. [Here's more on what the means for you](... [After a Bumpy Ride, This Medtech Leader Is About to Take Off]( A new CEO can make a big difference for a company. After a train wreck of a merger, the medtech company I'm showing you today plummeted 80% - and had to pay hundreds of millions in fines. Now, however, a new leadership team is firmly installed, sales are rebounding, and earnings are off the charts. [That's why we're making this move - right now](... [The "Quiet Cannabis Comeback" Plays We Love]( Cannabis stocks have remained under pressure for most of the year, which we could readily expect after U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions kept open the possibility of marijuana crackdowns in states that have legalized cannabis. It scared away some investors, but now that's all changing. There's a new catalyst that is already transforming the market. Beverage giants are beginning to see how profitable investments in marijuana could be, and they're starting to make their moves, staking their claims in a business that they believe will make them millions. [If you play your cards right, it could make you money, too](... If you [Nova-X Report]( and [Radical Technology Profits]( members haven't caught up on my critical alerts, then take a look. For those of you who aren't yet members, all you need to do is click on the research service or alert that interests you. Then we'll show you how to gain immediate access to that service. Soon after, you'll start getting every single alert, special report, and newsletter the moment they're ready. Of course, there are many more benefits of becoming a member - so I hope you'll check these out. I'll be back next week with more. Cheers and good investing, Michael A.
