[Strategic Tech Investor] [The Big Apple Could Soon Go Green (This Is a Total Game Changer)]( New York's health department will release a report recommending the end of marijuana prohibition - and this major step toward legalization could have life-changing ramifications for ordinary folks. See, we've witnessed [this historical pattern]( before - marijuana legalization passes, pot stocks take off, and early investors have [the chance to mint millions](. But this news has potential to spark even BIGGER profits than what we've seen already... and could help you turn a small stake into a $1.3 million fortune. [Learn how here](. --------------------------------------------------------------- June 19, 2018 New York Takes First Step Toward Full Legalization By Michael A. Robinson Dear Strategic Tech Investor Reader, LATEST REPORT --------------------------------------------------------------- LATEST APPEARANCE --------------------------------------------------------------- [Exclusive Video - Live From Silicon Valley's Biggest Blockchain Event]( MICHAEL'S LATEST ALERTS --------------------------------------------------------------- Research [This Cloud Play - and Its Incoming Gains - Are Far From Over]( Trading [There Are 37.5 Million Reasons for This Small-Cap's Advance]( We weren't expecting this.... I thought it would take another five years or so for the state of New York to get its act together when it comes to legal cannabis. But things are moving fast in Albany. So fast, I wasn't able to get this in my [Landslide Windfalls for 2018]( report. That's the in-depth investor's briefing I put together for my Nova-X Report members that tracks the marijuana legalization efforts now underway in 16 states. On Monday, New York State Health Commissioner Howard Zucker announced that a study commissioned by Gov. Andrew Cuomo will recommend that the Empire State legalize recreational cannabis use for adults. Now, this isn't a slam dunk yet. The marijuana study hasn't been finalized, and even when it is, New York lawmakers aren't likely to move mountains to pass a legalization bill this year. But this nod from the Cuomo administration represents a significant shift in his stance on legal cannabis. Cuomo has not been a fan of legal weed. As recently as last year, he described marijuana as a "gateway drug." He may be seeing the writing on the wall, though, as Massachusetts is set to go fully legal July 1 and its neighbor New Jersey is poised to pass a legalization measure this summer. In fact, when The New York Times asked a senior administration official whether pressure from legalization efforts in these nearby states was impacting his view, the unidentified source responded: "It was no longer 'if,' but 'how.'" Make no mistake, bringing New York into the fold will greatly benefit the pot companies primed to rake in profits from the state's 19.4 million residents. New York is the nation's fourth largest by population. It's also the third largest in terms of economic output, generating about $1.5 trillion per year in economic activity as of 2016. Now, New York is still in the "planning" process when it comes to legalization. So this doesn't change the way my members are playing this year's legalization moves at Nova-X Report. In that [Landslide Windfalls for 2018]( report, I not only lay out what's happening in the states, but I also pick the four best ways to invest in this [profit opportunity of a lifetime](. These companies are the best poised to handle the significant ramp-up in legal pot sales that legalization in 16 states - and maybe now New York - represents. And they're the best poised to deliver [big returns to their investors](. A small stake in just one of them could turn into a million-dollar windfall. You can find out how to get them by [clicking here](. Cheers and good investing, Michael A. Robinson Here's what else I'm following... --------------------------------------------------------------- [This Bitcoin Exchange Makes Some Moves... IPO Moves]( Even if you've been trading cryptocurrencies and studying blockchain technology for years, you may not have heard of David Marcus. However, when the history of this still brand-new industry is written, he's going to go down as one of the more important behind-the-scenes powerbrokers. In recent months, Marcus joined the board of directors at this major cryptocurrency exchange. To me, while from the outside this exchange may look like a new form of company, it's really a classic Silicon Valley startup. And its post-Marcus series of moves tells me this firm is looking to go public. [Here's why these moves are so important for the future of crypto trading](... [Legal Marijuana's Biggest 48 Hours Ever]( The Senate of Canada just passed a bill that would legalize marijuana across the entire country. And once the House of Commons and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau do their part, Canadians could spend up to $4.7 billion on legal cannabis products in 2019, according to Deloitte. But bigger things are coming. It might not seem like it now, but the United States is looking at legislation that could ultimately end the federal ban on cannabis. [And you might be surprised by who is backing it this time](... --------------------------------------------------------------- [Facebook]( [Twitter]( [More...]( mailto:?subject=Michael%20Robinson's%20Strategic%20Tech%20Investor&body=Check%20out%20http%3A%2F%2Fwww.strategictechinvestor.com%2F You are receiving this e-mail at, {EMAIL}, as a part of your free subscription to Strategic Tech Investor.
