[View this email in your browser]( As many of your know, earlier this weekend we hosted our first ever live and in-person traders mastermind. I consider myself very blessed to have myself and my team put on an event like that and get to spend two full days working with all those traders who attended. Some of the traders who attended are having some strong results. One trader is up 70% for the year. Another trade is up 120% for the year. Another trade is up over 200% over the past two years. Except... Even with the results that some of these incredible traders are having, they are ALL leaving money on the table. All of them. All of those traders, even the ones who are absolutely crushing it this year, all admittedly are leaving money on the table. So here it is. They ALL. Not most. All. They ALL say that if they just followed their rules, they would be having even better results. So here's the thing. When it comes to improving your trading results, rarely is there a need for you to learn a new strategy, change course, or look to re-invent the wheel. Instead, it's small changes. So over the weekend, do this for me. Go over some of the losing positions you have had thus far in 2021. If you had to do those trades again, what would you do differently? And, if you did those trades differently, how much better would your results be? If your results would even be 1% better, do them differently. The difference between breaking even and making 100% in a single year is not the trading style or the strategies you use. It is your ability to follow your own rules. If you know your results would be better if you always followed your stop loss...then follow your stop loss. If you know your results would be better if you followed your profit targets, then follow your profit targets. If you know your results would be much better limiting yourself to only one trade a day...limit yourself to one trade a day. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
