Today’s NASDAQ Play: MER Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. [MTSL] Hello again Readers and Members, The bell has rung and it’s time to pull up MTSL on your screens immediately! Like we’ve said earlier, low float Nasdaq don’t always surface, but when they bring news of huge partnerships, they usually draw high volume investor interest. And that’s exactly what MTSL is bringing to the equation. MTSL announced recently that it will be partnering with Panasonic System Communications Company of North America. (HUGE NEWS!) Panasonic delivers game-changing technology solutions that deliver a customized experience to drive better outcomes. MTSL has just partnered up with a Goliath in the industry! Panasonic Corporation of North America is a leading technology partner and integrator to businesses, government agencies and consumers across the region. The company is the principal North American subsidiary of Osaka, Japan-based Panasonic Corporation and leverages its strengths in Immersive Entertainment, Sustainable Energy, Automated Supply Chains and Connected Solutions to provide secure and resilient integrated solutions for B2B customers. Panasonic was highlighted in Forbes Magazine's Global 2000 ranking as one of the Top Ten Best Regarded Companies for 2017. Not a bad company to be associated with, wouldn’t you say? Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. (MTSL) is a provider of video advertising solutions for online and mobile platforms through Vexigo, as well as a provider of innovative products and services for telecom expense management and enterprise mobility management. Headquartered in Israel, MTSL markets its solutions through wholly owned subsidiaries in Israel, the United States and Hong Kong and through distribution channels. Online advertising has already overtaken TV advertising in size, a much more bullish estimate than in last year’s report. This year, PwC says that the online advertising market outpaced TV by roughly $15 billion, whereas last year it had estimated that TV remained larger than online advertising. With a strong 9.9% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2016 through 2021, online advertising will be a $116 billion market by end of the forecast period, per the report. That would make it more than 50% larger than the TV advertising market at that point. MTSL has a seat at this commerce feast! As expected, mobile’s share of online ad spend is expected to grow throughout the forecast period. PwC’s forecast on this end has also changed quite dramatically. Whereas last year it was expecting mobile to grow to 40% share of online advertising in 2020, it has revised that estimate to the extent that it now shows mobile exceeding “wired” internet advertising last year. Among mobile advertising types, display (including video) is now expected to be slightly smaller than search throughout the forecast period. In fact, search is predicted to inch up from 50.1% of mobile ad spending this year to 52% in 2021. Mobile video will be the fastest-growing segment, though, with its 2016-2021 CAGR of 31.2% bringing it almost on par with other mobile display advertising formats by 2021. Overall, mobile advertising is projected to grow by an annual average of 18.7% from 2016 through 2021. Telecom is evolving at a rapid pace and enterprises and providers are scrambling to keep up with the technology demands of the connected enterprise. Enterprises are looking to find ways to maximize the ROI of their communication investments while providers look for platforms and big data solutions to gain competitive advantage in their marketplace. MTSL is a global provider of innovative telecom solutions and services specifically designed to meet the challenges faced by enterprises and service providers. They leverage their 20 years of experience in telecom to provide both the enterprise and service providers with the latest technology solutions and services to reduce expenses, simplify communication management, increase customer satisfaction and grow revenues. These reasons are enough to see the potential MTSL packs and both long and short term probabilities. We see MTSL’s benefit potential immediately, pull it up on your screens and check it out for yourself!
