Tuesday Update! New Photo Contest!

Hello {NAME}! Happy Tuesday to you! Sending you lots of love and peace in this holiday season. I filmed a quick check-in video message to say hello, connect and let you in on what is happening for me this week! We have got you covered! Although this salad is loaded with bacon and blue cheese, the greens, mushrooms and plums help balance it out (right?). This salad of Chanterelles, Bacon, Plum and Blue Cheese are the perfect combination of salty, sweet and savory. Feel free to substitute any sort of mushroom or stone fruit to what you may have on hand. But it does happen even to the best cooks! Here is your Dry Turkey Hack to the rescue! Simply cut up the turkey into large pieces, put into a roasting pan and pour over chicken stock to moisten. Bake for 10 minutes and you have got yourself perfectly moistened turkey! This will save any holiday meal. Have an amazing week!
