Hello {NAME}! I hope you are having a beautiful start to your week! I spent the weekend hiking with Reilly and enjoying the sunshine and nature of Vegas! Not everyone knows this, but there are incredible trails all around the city to enjoy! Reilly is learning how to hike off leash! As I mentioned last week, he’s come a long ways… We’re almost at 1.5 months since adoption and consistent training really has been the key. You can see below he is really enjoying the trails and has a ton of energy running around the hills. It's fun allowing him to go explore at his free will and even cuter when he makes sure I'm not too far behind. Lots of adventures await us! And I know he will keep Duke on his toes when they meet! For this week's tip - we are talking Ginger! I love having Ginger on hand to add into sauces, marinades, or make fresh ginger tea! However, often I found that I would never get to use the full knob of ginger before it started to dry up or spoil. I started to keep the ginger in the freezer instead! When I needed some I simply grate it as needed! This will help keep that ginger fresh and always makes sure you have some to use on hand. What do you like to use ginger for? Do you have a specific tip on ginger you would like to share with our community? If so, head to our [Facebook Group]( and let us know about it! Make sure you check out this week's new giveaways and reviews! We have our long awaited [Ankarsrum Stand Mixer Review]( live for you to start entering! If you didn't see this giveaway also includes a bonus recipe for Chinese Sweet Coconut Buns from my mom that we used the mixer for! [If you haven't seen the recipe you can see it here!]( Good Luck and have a great week! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
